1. A.F. Vandevorst:
Beautiful, quietly sexy collection. It's very elegant and reminded me of an old black and white French movie where the heroine runs through the streets of Paris late at night during a rainstorm to meet with her lover.
Then there's this beautiful wisp of a dress that makes me think of some Greek goddess blowing into the wind and creating a dress. I don't think I've ever been so inspired by dresses before. This collection was definitely one of my favorites.
2. Christian Dior:
John Galliano never fails to make me wish I lived in a different time.
3. Maison Martin Margiela:
Sometimes I wish I was a performer so I could wear outfits like this all the time. I am dying to incorporate some strong-shoulder pieces into my wardrobe, but still haven't figured out how to do it.
The print on the side of this dress is magnificent, it looks like sequins and sparkles, but its not. It also reminds me of the ocean at night filled with those glowing microorganisms.
4. Ann Demeulemeester:
Pure Demeulemeester tough-luxe chic.
5. Sophia Kokosolaki:
This collection was way "darker" than what she usually does, but I still found some gems. I love this dress. It's a total goth warrior princess dress (omg a built-in cape!), but I love it nonetheless.
