Resort 2010: Chanel

Oh what? Resort season is here already! Good grief. We'll kick things off with the Chanel show which took place in Venice, you know, cause why not?

Blue laceup peeptoe booties!

Stripes! Stripes! Stripes!

This is such a secretly sensual look. The semi-sheer fabric is fabulous and is the perfect contrast against her jet black fluff of hair and heavily lined eyes.

Man, remember back in the day when lace-trimmed running shorts were all the rage? Well, apparently Karl does too. I guess I shouldn't have gotten rid of that turquoise pair back in third grade.

Ps. It feels weird writing 2010.

the hair would be the only thing I'd keep from these.. but maybe I'm just jealous because it is winter here and far from being able to wear any of these..

I loved the second look, is it a light weight sweater?

But the third look.... it's so sultry and delicate. I'd be a such a seductress in that... I guess that's why I won't get my hands on it.....

honestly, the setting is so jaw-droppingly original and GORGEOUS that I almost don't care about the clothes. seriously, how amazing would it have been to be at that show? (the answer to that question, by the way, is SO EFFING AMAZING).
