Resort 2010 I

1. Rachel Roy:
I'm so glad that Rachel is back to her old rad stomping grounds after fall's super disappointing collection. I loved the way she used bright color to bring out a different side to updated classic silhouettes. The silky acid green top with the scalloped hem creates such a nice little moment against the navy blue.
I also love that the model is rocking the Childlike Empress headband look.

OOH so sharp. Every woman needs to have a crazy-sexy-to-die-for suit in their closet (haha, yes, I just made a declaration). This would be a perfect specimen, too. I can't get over how amazing the pants are.

Even though the shorts are a little... diaper-esque, the color combination is making me DIE. Peach and green, who knew?

2. Erdem:
The prints are exquisite. This is everything I want to be.

3. Chris Benz:
This is a perfectly retro old American look and since as soon as the weather heats up I immediately turn into some crazy WASP (loosely translated, of course), I absolutely love this. Perfect proportions, colors and materials.

4. Anna Sui:
You guys know I'm a sucker for a cool graphic print dress. Easy.

I have to say, Chris Benz disappointed me after his wonderful Fall 09 collection. (agree about Rachel Roy though, great colors)

Rachel Roy does have great colors for resort. I love the headpiece the model's wearing.

Love all of these, especially the scalloped top & pencil skirt combo. The color pairings are also brilliant. Also, I have never seen anyone rock a handband like that, so neat.
