The most IMPORTANT night on television EVER in the history of the entire WORLD

Did you all watch tonight? It was AMAZING. Anna was visibly nervous at the beginning of the interview, it was quite endearing. She is surprisingly soft spoken and mouse-like (not in a derogatory way), which makes me think that the fact people take her for the devil is even MORE amazing. She plugged Thom Browne and of course Fashion Night Out, placing special emphasis on the fact that she will be at a MACY'S in QUEENS which was totally hilarious.

The black sheep during the whole thing was Letterman, who was rude, and was asking really inane questions/dumbing himself down for the sake of god knows what. (I mean, does he really expect me to believe that he "doesn't know anyone with a fashion budget"? He ain't making minimum wage you know! I bet you his wife is pissed he was such a jackass to Anna, "Now I'll never get to go to the Couture shows!" she'll yell at him as soon as he walks home tonight). In any case, the whole thing was full of WIN, and I don't know how I'll be able to contain my excitement until this weekend when I can go see the movie. Anyone want to make a date of it?

Obviously she needs to do Conan next, and her task will be to top the time that Martha Stewart ate Taco Bell and drank a 40.

Did you see her piece on 60 Minutes a few months ago? It was much more, well, like an actual piece of journalism than this one, and it was really fantastic. (Not that I didn't enjoy this one too. Of course.)

I missed this because my tv only has one channel. I am not happy. Hopefully it'll all be up on Youtube soon.

that's letterman's thing-he gets under his guests skin. usually it's vacuous 20somethings on the receiving end of the jabs but more often than not they deserve it. and really he had to ask the "being fashionable for less" question like 4 times before she quit plugging Fashion's Night Out and finally answered "lipstick."
and have you seen letterman's wife? I think it's mostly mom jeans, pullovers, & sneaks for her.
blahblahblah I'm just saying I love David
and Anna was surprisingly dull.

I loved it. It was so weird watching her laugh though. I felt like should have turned away or something. Haha.
