Maria Grazia Chiuri and Pier Paolo Piccioli presented an amazing collection at Valentino. It was 100% feminine and romantic and kind of filled in the void left by the lack of Olivier Theyskens, albeit on another level.

Short, voluminous dresses in barely there hues. They're so magical and make me want to play dress-up and pretend I'm a princess or something. Sometimes it's nice to escape reality, you know?
(And dear Jesus I SOOO want to grow out my hair! I am really going to try it this time!)
The most perfect barely-there lace top. Paired with sheer bottoms here it seems frou-frou and maybe even a little impractical, but with some slouchy trousers it becomes the perfect high-low combination.

Another perfect sheer shirt, yes, but can we talk about those SHEER LACE PANTS?? They have the perfect slim silhouette, and even POCKETS! I need them like I need air to breathe. I mean this whole look is just totally epic.

Barely there sheer-collaged dresses. Long or short, you really can't go wrong.

And the shoes? Totally on another level. Philip Treacy (yes, Philip Treacy) created this amazing lace sculptures for the feet. So delicate and romantic!
