Resort 2011: More Minimalist-ish

Preen keeps it monochromatic while experimenting with textures. A belted long velvet skirt with pockets is luxurious and mysterious (and surprisingly NOT Renaissance-fair-y? HA!).

Reed Krakoff' keeps it uniform-simple in a black buttondown with a hidden placket and the perfect cropped trousers (SO 90s!).

Keeping with the 90's vibe, Reed Krakoff's blonde leather apron dress is kind of too amazing for words (and would've been sighted on a Lilith Fair stage FOR SURE).
(ps. that's a compliment)

YES you guys, the time has come where I finally LIKE a Hannah McGibbon for Chloe collection. It's so Celine-esque though, so I can HARDLY be blamed for breaking my Chloe-edge. I'm craving those khakis in the second picture like a madwoman.

Valentino's PERFECT leather suit.

Also making at appearance at Valentino photo floral prints and a little cropped-jacket lace suit.
