The best part about the sheer detail is that it allows me to do some weirdo minimalist-mormon looks, like when I pair it with my favorite sheer button-up from American Apparel (which is supposed to take the place of Celine in my closet). Usually I wear a neon green tube under it BUT, there's something kinda rad about buttoning all the way up and then wearing a super sporty black bra underneath. The skirt is also the perfect thing to balance my new favorite man shoes from Alexander Wang. It manages to bring all my current inspirations together, Celine/Jil Sander/The Row/Boho-minimalist (nothatsnotanoxymoron).
(Yes, one side of me wants to be a minimalist queen and the other side wants to bathe in chunky knit layers like Missoni, NO ONE SAID I HAD TO PICK JUST ONE!)
I could keep writing about all the awesome things this skirt has done for my wardrobe but I think the proof is in the pudding?
THANK YOU ANGIE!
This is my absolute favorite skirt.

(Obvz the inspiration for these pictures was stoic Jil Sander ads, just in case you couldn't tell hahaha)

Holy crap this is PERFECT. I recently bought a pair of loafers and I can't wait for it to be not 100 degrees outside to wear them.
